1TbspOrganics NZ Maca Root Powderif you don't have Maca Powder, increase Peanut butter to 1 Tbsp
Chocolate Icing
1/2 cupCoconut oil, melted
1Tbspsweetener - honey, pure maple syrup
1/4cupcacao or 100% cocoa powder
1pinchsea salt
Instructions
Base
Blend all dry ingredients into a fine crumb. Add wet ingredients and blend until all comes together. Add a dash of water if mixture is to dry. Press into a lined dish and place in the fridge.
Caramel Filling
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it becomes really smooth. You may need to add a dash of boiling water. Spread over your base and place back in the fridge.
Chocolate Icing
Melt all ingredients in a jug and then pour over caramel.Leave to set for an hour or two.Cut into slices and eat.
